All products sold on this website are handmade ceramics.

Due to the handmade nature of the items:

• Small variations in shape, colour, texture, and glaze effects are natural

• Product photos are indicative and may vary slightly from the final item

• These characteristics are not considered defects

Each piece is made individually and with care.

3. Prices

All prices are shown in euros (€).

• Prices do not include VAT, as Barro Vivo is VAT exempt (Art. 53.º CIVA)

• Delivery costs are shown separately during checkout, unless stated otherwise

An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.

By placing an order, the customer confirms:

• That the order implies an obligation to pay

Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on:

Barro Vivo is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or external carriers.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Law)

In accordance with EU consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify Barro Vivo by email within the 14-day period.

Returned items must:

• Be unused

• Be in their original condition

• Be returned at the customer’s expense

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the product price (excluding delivery costs).

7. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom or personalised items

• Made-to-order pieces

• Items created specifically at the customer’s request

These exclusions are in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, the customer must contact Barro Vivo within 48 hours of delivery, providing:

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

Each case will be handled individually and fairly.

Barro Vivo is not liable for:

• Minor variations inherent to handmade products

• Damage caused by incorrect use or care of ceramic items

Ceramic items are intended for normal domestic use unless stated otherwise.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Portuguese law.
