Shipping within Europe

Due to the new EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) and the different packaging registration requirements in each EU country, Barro Vivo currently ships online orders to Portugal and the Netherlands only.

I’m a small independent ceramics business, and unfortunately the new requirements make shipping to some EU countries disproportionately complex and costly. I hope to expand shipping to more countries again in the future.

Devido ao novo Regulamento Europeu de Embalagens e Resíduos de Embalagens (PPWR) e aos diferentes requisitos de registo de embalagens em cada país da UE, atualmente a Barro Vivo apenas realiza envios de encomendas online para Portugal e Países Baixos.

Sendo uma pequena marca independente de cerâmica, infelizmente os novos requisitos tornam os envios para alguns países da UE desproporcionalmente complexos e dispendiosos. Espero poder voltar a disponibilizar envios para mais países no futuro.

Shipping

Orders are carefully packed and shipped from my studio near Porto.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout depending on the weight and destination.

Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days after purchase.

Packaging

Orders are packed with care and bearing in mind the environment.
The peanuts are vegan and biodegradable, they can be composted
or dissolved in water.

Whenever possible, boxes and packaging materials are reused.

In case of damage

Ceramics are carefully packed, but in the rare case that a piece arrives damaged, please contact me within 48hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging.

I will always do my best to resolve the situation.
